With Here and Now, I want to remind you how important this is: living in the present, coming home and having the right energy that allows us to Be and to Create, helping us connect with who we are today, accompanying us in our evolution.

The goal of Here and Now is to create an environment that makes us free: freedom is not just buying a house and filling it with everything possible; it also means removing, letting go of the superfluous and keeping only what is necessary for our growth, without suffocating ourselves with things that could hinder our development.
