Plastocap

My project, carried out for Leonardo Togni Architects, concerns the executive area and the façades in the new production settlement of approximately 7'901 square meters. The scope of my intervention includes the ground floor portion where the following are distributed: lobby, meeting room, reception, changing rooms with dining area, and first aid room. On the first floor, I arranged a meeting room and offices. The façade, corresponding to the offices on the first floor, will be made with continuous glass panels and aluminum sunshades. The rest of the volume will be characterized by exposed reinforced concrete. A prominent feature on the ground floor, visible through the large windows, is the monolithic staircase that will be entirely made of iron.
