LM House

In this project, the client was guided from the beginning: from the search and selection of the new house to the renovation. It was an apartment in a condominium from the early 2000s. The dividing floor between the kitchen and the living room was demolished, creating an open space, the bathroom was redistributed and made more symmetrical and functional, the laundry area was reorganized with the addition of a coat rack, and the furniture was designed and positioned to make the best use of the space. The final result is a home that fully exploits its potential, supporting the inhabitants in their daily lives and towards future goals.
